Yes. Kairos is deployed on Google Cloud and executes live trades on real capital via the andx.ai platform. Every trade — entry, exit, and the reasoning behind it — is logged to a PostgreSQL database. There is no paper trading mode in the current live deployment.

Two strategies run simultaneously on separate capital pools. Alpha is conservative — high-conviction, multi-signal, confirmation-required. Beta is aggressive — a tight 3-signal AND gate designed to capture faster momentum moves. They are evaluated independently, and the architecture is designed so that stronger-performing strategies can be scaled up over time.

Kairos enforces hard limits at every level: maximum deployment per position, daily drawdown halts, a hard stop-loss on every open trade, a minimum hold period to prevent whipsaw exits, and a kill switch that immediately suspends all activity. Risk controls cannot be overridden by signal scoring — the risk gate has final veto on every decision.

Every closed trade is analysed for which signals fired, what the regime was, how long the position was held, and what the outcome was. This data feeds periodic learning reports that identify which signals are underperforming and which regime-signal combinations have the strongest track record. Signal weights are adjusted only when sufficient data exists — a minimum sample size is enforced before any change is made.
